OooooOOOOoooo. Gee, maybe we can put a monster slant in the Event Horizon?? I'll be flying to Lee's place tomorrow to drive to MSR together, so see you soon, Rob... Hoping that car will run well with the new engine and proper repairs after the crash at Barber in Feb.

The Event Horizon car had a little trouble with the new 16V engine keeping all its rods intact. :(

So the fellers dug in and swapped the 8V engine back in it… earning the Heroic Fix award for their efforts.

We are all signed up for the Kim Harmon Scrotium 500 at Road Atlanta next month.

This thread isn’t really Slant 6 related anymore and the car is cut up, soon to be recycled… So,…

I got $52 for the Turismo parts I took to the metal recycler… along with the 24 year old water heater that flooded the basement. :roll: :lol:
