So maybe Ross Perow (sp) with his big sucking sound was correct? But Avenger 2040, we would welcome some new header opportunities that's for sure |

I'm sure Ross Perot has a chart on header fits, too ... What city is this place in, and how far from the US/Mexico border? |

Sorry for the delay answering this topic, but looks like I will need to go to Headers GarcÃa to get really good info about the headers, if that is needed I will need to make a little space in my working time. But I will get the info. Dan, those headers cost the same as for /6 headers. |

Looks like I won't be trying these after all. Thanks again to Avenger for all his help and effort, but it appears that all the major parcel carriers will only ship them for an arm and a leg and a head. So much for free trade. Now I'm either looking at Clifford headers, Hooker's or ??? |

Avenger, Please continue your inquiry as to what these headers will fit. Also, would they be available from a specialty retailer in Tijuana, or only direct order from the manufacturer. I live in San Diego, so if these headers will work on my car I could make a trip into Tijuana and order them from a Mexican Speed Shop(if such a thing exists). And when they arrive I could just go and pick them up in person and bring them back over the border. |

dart64rg, If you do that, and the headers look nice (get pics?), then I would likely also want a set. Should be able to fit 5-8 sets in a 64 Dart trunk, eh? Lou |

It's a wagon, should be able to fit 7-9 sets. Too bad I don't have the roof rack. |

One set, you might be ok, but multiple sets are gonna raise an eyebrow or two. Roger |

Roger is right. I cross into the US regularly with goods from Canada. A broker is required unless you are importing personal goods. A broker requires correct paper (customs invoice and certificate of origin) from the manufacturer .... who must also be registered. The trucker must also be registered to cross....and you have to cross at a commercial port unless you have a permit. Very quickly this gets complicated. If UPS wont take it across be assured there is a reason. I would call Homeland Security at the point where you wish to cross and get an opinion before investing too much. Not all items are duty free from NAFTA nations.....ask any Canadian softwood lumber producer... |

Well, dart64rg got a very bright idea! except that here in Mexico no one knows about Speed Shops or similars (a true shame), but we can found a way that I can send the headers a plaze in tijuana so you could pick up them and when you are back to states, you can send it to anyone that wants one. |

Thanks Avenger. I'm in L.A., about 3 hrs. away from Tijuana and could also pick up a set or 2. Would be great if you could get more info. on these (tech details) and of course price. |
