OK, perhaps he's released a newer version of the book; the one I bought was his 1994 edition (or thereabouts). Interesting that he left the company, what's he up to now? My bad experiences with Jacobs' products and product support also date back to the early-mid '90s, so I have no grounds to knock or to recommend the company's present product range.
