Erm...no, Summit doesn't list part numbers or vacuum rates for 1bbl Economizers.

I really think you're going to find the solution is a larger jet. The power valve calibration should be fine for you in stock condition. You shouldn't be able to "feel" the power valve open.

In the 1920, what you and I call the power valve is known as the Economizer...

...and the Economizers used in 1920s aren't used in any 2bbl or 4bbl carburetors.

I ran the 60 jet yesterday and it was better. I think it might be a little rich now so I will check with the local carb shop and see if I can get a 58 or so.

our original 1920's for auto trans cars were jetted 59. Get a 59 if you feel "just a tad" rich with the 60. You jump 2 numbers (or more) for initial tests, then you go one by one when you've cornered the problem. Sounds like you're almost there to me! :)
