I have built alot of BB's.....and almost all went into my 67 Barracuda notchback. If you want to know; the 383-400 are 1 1/2 smaller in width than a 440. Me, I just built a 440 and put it in my 70 Roadrunner.....that had a 383, and that one swap caused me a bunch of little probs......so just be patient when going to a BB in a A body.....
Oh- I just built a 360 for my Barracuda,I think if your car is that sweet.....run w/ a small block. If you want some WOW factor....stroke a 400, and spend the extra time and patience.BUT I actually find it cool to see a slant under the hood of MOPARs also.......just my 2 cents

Well it looks like Slantzilla would like the bottom half. Cecil is there anything you want from the top half?

I thought about the parts and...
The head has has too big of intake valves and CCs for anything I would want.
The cam has too wide of lobe seperation for what I would need.
If the carb had been mechanical secondary, I could have used it.
No headers that I could have used.
So, maybe the intake?
