So i called them this morning and they said they had to order a new valve body for it for some reason, and the guys really didn't want to talk to me. We'll see if they replaced it or not when i get the car back. I plan on pulling the pan and checking if my old valve body is still in it. When i installed the trans I put a new valve body in it and changed fluid and filter in such. However, I engraved my initials and the date into the topside of the valve body( far away from moving parts). I get a funny feeling it'll still be there. Will update when i get it back..

If you find fraud you have a police matter. Take plenty of pics.

In a previous post, you said you "pulled the valve body and cleaned it". When did you put in a new valve body? It is possible, when you cleaned the valve body, it was not put together properly. If you replaced the valve body, it is possible, the wrong year VB was used. If you insist on removing the valve body, to look for your initals, I would make sure the trans works as it is supposed to, before removeing it. Did you try to make mods to the valve body to "improve shifting?"

I made no mods to improve shifting. i only cleaned out some varnish with b12 and compressed air. Made sure everything was dry and reinstalled it. A reassembeled it per the FSM directions step by step. Didn't adjust anything on the inside of the valvebody. I meant to say it was the original that i had cleaned. Afterwards it shifted into gear smoother but still wouldn't go into 3rd.

Just got off the phone. They are claiming my kickdown linkage is wrong and are going to fabricate a new one. I've got the 2bbl intake with a BBD and an A904. Where can i find proof that i have the proper linkage. Also is there a difference in the Supersix kickdown linkages?
