I see, thanks!How do those 4bbl's handle on the SL6? I heard it's too much carb for the motor unless you up the displacement... |

i got both super 6 manafolds, a carter bbd ( that was pretty beat up ) and some of the kick down for 75.00. just keep a lookout and you'll find one for the right price. this setup was far from complete, i was missing the throttle cable,carb studs,gaskets. also ceej had to do a bit of work on the exhaust manafold due to a busted fastner. i scored some of the missing pices from DusterIdiot plus an awesome bbd rebuild. but i am still missing a few items. complete setups cost more because finding the odds and ends are a pain in the bumper! - see my super six project post after paint and misc spare parts i should have 150.00 into it. i got lucky and had help from a bunch of cool /6.org members. i guess my point is yeah 160.00 for the manafold is way too much. |
