Mopar made many SL6 engine items out of aluminum, including the engine block. The head is the hardest SL6 item to find in aluminum but some were made and they are 'out there'. As we know, the crankshaft, camshaft and connecting rods are the heavy items that will always be made of steel or cast iron but even those items saw weight reduction versions as the years went by. The SL6 is not known as a light engine but with careful selection of parts, you can get a good power to weight ratio out of one. DD |

They made an Aluminum head for slants? What engines did they fit, will it work on the iron block 225's. Is there a best head for flow or are they all about the same? |
