THe water jacket would help but I don't think it would be effective. It's just not built for that. As for the intercooler set up I think it would work. But as for throttle reponse who knows. The only thing I don't like about the alky injection is that it is only for the drags or short runs and other wise it is not cooling the air.

Check out this link. The Buick GN guys are using it with great results.
