I doubt the M-1 flows any better than the stock iron or aluminums. It is a great casting! |

The M1 is going to heat up quicker for drag racing and a little easier to port match. |

The M-1 manifold is not legal for stock eliminator. |

Well we tested a 043, 595 and a 578. I went 3 hundreths quicker with 578 but it is about 15 lbs lighter and I didn't add any weight to compensate so they kind of equal out. All in all I would say no differance. BTW it did eventually go 1.028 under the index. |

Phil, Is the 578 the good solid cast aluminum (not welded), truck two barrel manifold? Where did you go to do the tests? |

The 578 is a welded intake, I was at mission raceway. |
