I was a spectator ,but must compliment 300 fan for his efforts, we had preferred, reserved pit spaces in an ideal spot, by the staging lanes near the tower. Keep in mind this was a big event.
They treated us fantastically and this is a very nice facility with a very smooth track surface and good bite.
The weather this time of year is ideal and would recommend to anyone that can attend next year to do so. I will let the participants discuss their endeavors but the slanted represented themselves well but I dont know who won.

Great time with great people, Like Sergio said they treated us like top fuelers. Good to meet 805moparkid for the first time, only 20 years old but sure knows what he is doing. Glad to see some young blood in our class of slanters. My hat is off to Rich and all of the Speedworld crew for all they did. A big thank you for the steak dinner that was provided for us on Saturday. Like I said we were treated like pro top fuelers.

Congratulations Romeo ,we missed the final, that little dragster is tough.Marks 11.54 in my opinion is the best run yet for that car,in better air a .47or .48 for sure. It was the best leave i have seen from that car. Mopar kids car will certainly run 13s when he puts the suregrip and some gear s on it. Sounds great and street driven. The turbo falcon is really trick and great workmanship mechanilly, that thing will be scary fast as they figure out the tune up. Thanks again Rich for your efforts and to the sponsors ,this race paid very good money, hope you do it again next year.
