I've had several cams done at Oregon Cam Grinding. They do first class work. Mopar Performance lifters are some of the lightest I've run across, but most any name brand lifter will do. Evidently NOPI is a TopLine distributor and has good pricing on Johnson lifters. http://board.moparts.org/ubbthreads/sho ... er=5650281

Tell us your engine specs, how much boost, turbo, etc and we can help better with cam selection. Off the top of my head #819, but ground on 112° lobe centers would be a good place to start. I'd try for 8-8.5:1 compression to keep the driveability good when off boost.

Joshua my block is stock my head has large valves full port and polish 340 springs milled .100 port matched offy 4 barrel with a 650 DP blow through holley my turbo is gt3271 with a port matched stock exhaust manifold

I have two 4 speeds one A833 the other OD A833 I don' t no which one I'm going to use I'm having problems finding all the key prices bellhousing, fly wheel, clutch assembly.

I running a 8.75 rear with SS springs with a caltrac setup I haven't gotten my gearing the pig has a 457 posi which is way to low of a gear I no that now

You need to measure the depth of the piston and CC the head to figure out where you are. I have just .040 off my big valve head and i cannot use it for 10lbs of boost. Put me at 55cc. measure it all first and save some money.

Sorry to pick apart your combo, but it's necessary. I looked up that turbo and it's a little bit on the small side. It will work well on the street and spool up fast, but it's going to run out of flow at high RPM. The carb is too big and is going to be a major pain to tune. It could work well at the strip, but is going to be compromised on the street and that means poor fuel economy and probably lazy throttle response. .100" off the head may have your compression ratio too high for much boost. 15-20 psi is a lot and I wouldn't run anything higher than an 8:1 compression ratio. Measure and calculate the compression ratio.

Super Stock springs and Cal-Tracs? You already own both? How high is the rear end in the air? How bad is the oversteer?

4.56s wouldn't be too bad with the OD, but it could be interesting off the line. Bellhousing, clutch and flywheel are all pretty easy to find. It's the small parts which are usually tough to find.

With the smallish turbo I would lean towards keeping the automatic and run 2.76 gears. It will go plenty fast and still be pleasant to drive on the highway.
