LOL - I feel your pain!!! I have the same air conditioning. . .

One time I drove out here from the Bay Area in 100 plus weather - and had to soak my t-shirt in water because I was getting something close to heat stroke! I'm sure I looked like some crazy guy driving around with a sopping wet t-shirt - but at least I made it and didn't get sick, etc. . .

After looking at climate data - looks like May/June would be the latest we could do it:

I have been looking for slant six activities or Mopar activities and they really seem to dry up after September to at least April around here.
Seems like a shame to waste all those perfect days in between.
As long as it isn't hot or raining I'd be glad to go.

Not sure if anyone would be interested in an eclectic mix of Mopars and Ramblers but these people are putting together what looks like a nice winery cruise and potluck BBQ in the foothills April 2nd.
Looked kind of fun to me. They are requesting RSVP if you plan to show.

The Pacific Gold Rush Ramblers, in conjuntion with Gar & Mary Harmon are hosting another great Gold Country Event! This year a Drive/Micro Winery Tour in the beautiful and Historic California Sierra Foothills! The location is not far from Sacramento, Northern California points, and from Reno Nevada!
We meet at the Harmons Historic Winery Homested Ranch in El Dorado, CA, just off Motherload Road, just East of Shigle Springs and West of Placerville.

We Dirve out at 10:30 SHARP! Please be on time... We travel Country Roads to tour some Micro Wineries in the area, then a country road ride back to the Harmons for a Pot Luck Lunch, conversation, and good times! The PGRRamblers supply the BBQ Burgers, so if there is something else you wish to BBQ - please bring it. Gar will be happy to tell you everything about Wine Making, show you around his winery and Wood Working facilities, and maybe even let you sit in one of his many Ramblers!

So bring your Dodge, Plymouth, Chrysler or other MOPAR product, food, and an appitite! and come join in the fun!
