We have an unrusted 80 Pontiac 1000 here in the yard. My son traded it for 2 cords of birch when he was 16. It had been used by some rural teens as their Busstop car for several years. They lived a mile and a half from the schoolbus stop up a very rural road. This was the car they had been given to get to and from the stop. It went off the road on quite a few occasions over the years but never saw any salt.

Nobody wants it.

We have a perfectly good 78 Fury 4 door in the same category.......as well as an 88 Dakota.

Perfectly good cars nobody wants..........

Just Save your drain oil and Put it in a rustproofing gun and Spray the hell outta the underneath - Resists salt and water fairly well.
