Yeah, I would say that "I learned my lesson" on that one, but I'd probably be lyin'... I often let my silly sense of humor get the better of me.

I'll keep you posted on whether we are gonna make it or not.

Dag Nabbit! :( If we can't all get together this time we will have to plan that Road Trip we've been talking about.

Now that Spring is in the air and Andrew is about to get his driver's license, it is time for me to start driving the SRT-4 again. 25-30 MPG versus the Tahoe's 11-14 makes for more enjoyable Road Trips.

Dennis called me yesterday while I was at the garage for about 30 minutes (removing the old oil pan gasket on the Slant 6 engine).

I said at that time that I was still hopeful about going...

Yeah, it ain't gonna happen. :(

I've just got too much going on to justify taking a whole day for selfish fun...

I'll be thinking about you guys though. Call me from the swap meet so I can live vicariously through you! :D

I am posted to work 5-11 am Saturday, and Patrick is on schedule at his plant too. It will be Sunday for us for sure.

Have fun fellers! I'll be thinking of you while I'm at the "Dusty Hicks Invitational Swim Meet" on Sunday.

I'm hoping I will be able to squeeze in just a little bit of car related activities on Saturday. (oil change and tranny service on Tahoe, tranny service and tire rotation on Suburban, oil change and tranny service on Dart) Nothing exciting or all that much fun, but "car stuff" all the same... :D

So lets git this thing organized! DT - let me know about chow. Big D and Patrick (seems like there is another guy with a sidekick named Patrick) what is your favorite flavor of suds? ETA?

Neither one of us drink. That probably explains why neither one of us can stand Rush either.

Not sure what time we'll be down there, but I'll call John tomorrow and let him know. :D
