Definitely needs some work done if the reflex didn't seal. That gasket will take up a ton of variation between the intake and exhaust. I just installed my stack again last night using a regular felpro gasket and I fear ill have to pull it and use a remflex myself.

Well, turns out the intake is iron (which I suspected).

Looks like I'm taking it off today and at least checking clearances. Probably taking off the stack (ugh!) and getting it to a machine shop.
