I have yet to use them, but I understand he did.

Hopefully he can chime in about if they fit, sealed, etc.

(I have yet to use any of them. I have a pending HEI conversion as well as a Pertronix installation, this spring.)

I also bought two different sized o-rings from mcmaster-carr for the o-ring under the timing plate. Can't recall which one worked, but I have some extras as well. I'll offer the same, PM me your address and I'll send one of each so that you can figure it out.

A trick to know about o-rings is that you can make your own from either a bigger o-ring or o-ring stock. Same is true of square rings and x-rings. The ends need to be cut very flat and very square. I use a new single edged razor every time I need to do this. Then a drop of CA ("super") glue on one end and butt them together precisely. Once the glue has set take some sand paper to the "Glue Bulge" and feather it down the the o-ring's OD. X and square rings are a little harder, but can be made the same way. With them you need to pay particular attention to not twisting them.

Just went and looked at the bags. One size that I ordered is AS2-321 (generic Parker o-ring size) in 70 Shore Buna-N. The other size is metric, 4 x 21, also 70 Shore Buna-N.

Is there a brand associated with these? I can load the numbers into the parts database. I got my spark plug tube o-rings from Motion Industries. They are also Buna-N and last 10 years or more.

I think that Parker first came up with the o-ring part numbering system, but pretty much everyone uses it. The full p/n for each is very likely "AS2-021" & "AS2-215" as that is how my Parker O-Ring ref lists them. Usually just "2-XXX" is used by non-Parker, non military oriented vendors. I say "very likely" because there are some different semi-obscure 'dash' series out there, like "AS3-XXX" and so forth. You probably will also run into "AS568A-XXX", that is the SAE o-ring spec number. Different prefix numbers for the same thing. McMaster-Carr lists them by the SAE prefix.

Standard Buna-N is rated to 250°F, Viton is rated to 392°F. If you can stand the difference in price Viton will be the longer lasting option. As an example at mcmaster.com the Viton -021 o-ring is currently $7.51 per bag of 50. In Buna-N the price is currently $4.00 per bag of 100.

Footnote: The SAE has taken over a lot of what were formerly military specs. Used to be that you could have the most current spec for the asking, now SAE wants to charge for them (of course!). In most cases the superseded spec is still available in the mil database, but who knows what changes were made in the following revision.
