AC doesn't matter as it's driven off a different pulley. AC is an add-on to the back of the damper. Power steering is an add-on to the front of the damper and I can't see your damper in any of your photos.

This one has a much flatter pulley and longer pump mounting tabs on the bracket that aligns to the front pulley groove.

Yup, that's the key. The "with A/C" power steering pump bracket moves the pump rearward to clear the A/C bracketry, and the dished-forward pulley is used to keep the P/S belt groove aligned with the front sheave on the crank pulley.
