Fixed the issue had to replace the coil again and ignition. Now I'm having a start and run issue. With the air filter on it start but when the engine start to warm up it dies. So I remove the air filter and it drives. Is this a vacuum leak or is this something I have to adjust .

Did you plug all the vacuum fittings on the carb that were open? Did you check for vacuum leaks around the carb, intake, etc.

If it runs , check your timing and get it set. Adjust idle and idle mixture.

Are the vacuum fittings all the open holes on the carb? Yes the coil and ignition module. Is my distributor supposed to have a relay?

No not normally. Can be a relay if someone switched the ignition system over to the HEI module.

Not necessarily. Check if you have vacuum on them when it is running. Or spray a little 2+2 into the open fittings. It will shut the engine off or change its sound greatly.

Did you set the timing and adjust the carb?

You may do well to post a video for us to see exactly what it is doing.
