As stated in other replies,i've used the 6al ignition in almost every car that i've built.MY slant had the mopar performance electronic conversion on it but i couldn't get rid of the occasional miss that it had at idle.I grabbed an MSD I had left over from another project and decided to put it on the scamp.An hour later the scamp fired up on the first crank and never idled as good.A drive down the road confirmed that it had better throttle response and overall performance. |

I too am experiencing the occassional "miss" with the mopar performance ignition setup that a few of you a mentioning. Im thinking I should try this as well, couldnt hurt. Thanks- Michael |
