Group buy for roller rockers???

Hum, even the old Crane Gold rocker arms for a 440 is $400.00 & that is without shafts. Harland & Sharp 440 rockers arm $685.00, and these are Summit prices. Sounds like it has been a long time sense uncle has bought any Rollor rockers for a Mopar. I agree that it is way to high & even over priced. But it is the going rate for shaft mount rockers of good quality.

Maybe I'm overanalyzing but I worry about cam lobe loading. To go to a higher ratio means that the pressure on the cam lobe will be higher. Maybe it's not significant but has anybody thought about it and what it might do to cam life?

Hey everyone I haven't got that email yet and as soon as I do I"ll send out the info. Yes the rockers are pricy but as Lucky13 states all mopar rockers are up there in price, the cheapest ones are for small chevy and they are around 200 plus. I know that this isnt going to be the cheapest deal but for those that what to free up small gains in HP from thier valve train this could give them that slight push.

I seriously doubt it will add much unless you are running some kind of killer spring.

In all reality, roller rockers are not going to do a whole lot on a Slant. IF the oiling problems can be solved they may add longevity.

Doug has made oil spray bars for inside the rocker cover before too. :D
