I had this problem as well with my 68 Dart. I tried several solutions... replaced the radiator with a used one, which helped, but did not solve the problem. I bought an AFCO aluminum radiator from Summit, paid around $165 I think... Now my Dart barely runs above the "T" in "Temp", and that is with a 195 stat, driving as fast as you would like. More than worth it! -Mac |

Had the same problem with my 65 Dart convert. Had the stock radiator recored and all was well again. My vote is for the radiator. |

Are you sure the gauge is accurate? You may be chasing a phantom. |
