I did it a couple months ago and there was no mess at all. Being a noob and reading some of the posts here, I went into it thinking there was gonna be oil splashing all over the place and the feeler gauge getting all chomped up and hard to handle. It was actually quite the opposite. Much, much easier than what some try to make you think. |

I'll try it while it's running. Like said somewhere in the last 3 pages, it will be a good way to see how the valvetrain is working. |
