The problem as I see it is, the burden of winning is now amplified for the slower car wich is most likely being driven by the least experienced guy that can't affod to put the money into building a fast car or spending a lot of time at the track. Now he has to win the round twice how is that fair? Have the faster car run alone and compare reaction time and how close to his dial he got. I know I'm fighting a losing battle here and I fully understand why the faster car would be upset. Give the slower car the option to keep his rt and et and have the faster car try and beat it or if the slower car thinks they can do better go head to head.

Unfortunately, it comes back to the all mighty dollar. He that has the most usually wins. It's like the buy back deal. I don't think that someone that gets beaten has the priviledge to buy back into competition to race against someone that has already won a round fair and square. If they want to buy back in and grudge race other losers that is different. Tracks here don't allow cars equipped with full electronics to race against non-full electronics equipped cars ie, delay boxes, crossover electronics, trans brakes, throttle stops, etc. They have classes specific for cars that have and don't have these mods, and it keeps things more fair all the way around that way.
