I like this!!!! Maybe you can make the cover smaller, only for the cam gear size. This way you still have access for cam timing and there is no need to pull the balancer out. Down here most of the timing covers are that way. Also with a cam stop bolt. I do have one oem modified that way and ir works perfect. |

Yeah, it maybe on Santa's sleigh this year. I just got my new true EFI intake with front mount TB cast for another inline engine group and am getting ready to get the Slant version EFI intake wrapped up and cast as well. So a lot of new goodies are on the horizon. I finally got my big milling machine under power and just for giggles i'm making a billet Hemi head for the Slant also just to do a proof of concept. I'm doing the 3D modeling on it now. |

It ain't no urban legend. There's a feller in Indiana that made himself one and has been racin' it fer several years. |

I seen pictures , but I ain't seen it at a Slant 6 race, so I think it doesn't exist! Quote: his isn't a Hemi head though is it?

Its nothing special, I am actually copying an early Chrysler 241 Hemi head that is near the same bore size as the Slant 6 and cubic inch so the ports and valve sizes won't be unrealistic. Once I get started and can find another picture hosting site I will post them. |
