Guys I am trying to find out how we are supposed to sign up online. The forms from that weekend do no have anyplace for us to check ""Slant 6" Email is in to the track to see what we have to do and if it is still $15 at the gate. We are not alone because the outlaw Pontiacs are racing Sunday and they are not on the forms either. Stay tuned. |

Hi Rick, It looks like Saturday gates open at 1 PM and time runs start at 4 PM. Sunday, gates open at 10:30 AM and runs start at noon. I assume 1/8th mile will be Saturday since they will run an 1/8th race that night, and 1/4 mile will be on Sunday. Please confirm and many thanks, Lou |

To All, Yes I think since they are running 1/8 mile Saturday we will do the same. I do not see a time on their calendar for the Saturday event?? But all the other Street races have opened at 1:00 and races at 4:00. As far as signing up. I have contacted Elmer 4 times and still no answer on what he wants us to do. Here is what I am doing. Go to the web site. http://www.masondixondragway.com/ Then go to the "Release waiver for racing" Print that off and sign it. Sign up anyone who is coming with you on that form as a crew member. Then print off the "Release waiver for Covid-19" fill it out and bring both forms with you to the front gate. As far as I know we are still paying $15 at the gate for the tech card. Just tell them you are racing Slant 6 and that we were told $15. I have another e-mail in to the track, but but Elmer told me he is out of town until Friday, so I am not too hopeful of getting any response. Sorry I don't have better info. |

None of the forms with the classes on have "Slant 6" on them so I'm not signing up on them. I'm just bringing the 2 release forms with me and telling them at the gate we are racing Slant 6. |

Yes I plan to get to the track between 1:00 and 1:30 Saturday. As far as I know (Nothing back from Elmer) the time runs will start at 4:00PM. So this should be a nice cool night to run some fast times. Sunday I will arrive at @ 10:30. Time runs will be at 12:00. Although Elmer has been known to start at 11:30. I will be bringing the grill, hot dogs, sausages, chips and waters. Patti will not be coming so we may need to help each other out with the grill. We will keep it simple and enjoy the racing. Still no more racers  I did not get any medals or trophies. But I'll see that the winners get them afterwards. Winner each day will get $150 for their troubles! As always, tell them at the gate you are racing "Slant 6" and they should take $15 from you. Then come inside and I will collect the other $20 and put it towards the payout. Please remember to bring the 2 forms, completed. The Covid release waiver, and the Release waiver for racing, found on their home page. They will take them at the gate. Also sign up anyone who is spectating with you as "crew members" and list them on the form. See you Saturday. |
