Yeah,... Three weeks of vacation burned and several thousand dollars spent to get the house back to where we feel comfortable renting it again.  There were so many long term maintenance issues combined with the last tenant leaving it in a total mess... The property management company said, "Some paint and carpet and we'll have it rented again." Yeah,... They're no longer going to manage this one! Angie cried when she saw how bad it was. All is good. We're making progress and are blessed to have a second home when so many are out of work, homeless, etc... I said this house thing wouldn't effect me going to Bristol... Sorry I lied again...
