Just got a message on my phone from Mason Dixon. Says Saturday, there is an AMC show and Drags at 9:30 AM, then the gates will open for the rest of the "Street Event" at 11:30, which includes us. Just wanted to update everyone because the Web site says gate open at 1:00PM. So don't show up at 1:00, you may already have missed a time run! I will likely get there at 10:00-10:30 so I can get set up with the food,canopy....etc. We will have Hot dogs, sausages, fruit, veggies, chips, water.....etc for everyone. Whatever we have left will be for Sunday. Sunday says gates open at 10:00. Racing starts at 11:30. Remember we only get 1 time run on Sunday. Things will move fast so as soon as the first race is over I will need your help in pulling the 2nd ladder. See ya all soon! |

First round has me and Ryan paired up.  Angie is gonna take Rick out first round.  Jack and Jack are paired up. That leaves Andrew Shank against Greg Ondayko in the Droschak Rent a Racer. More to follow!

Angie won!!! My car died at the starting line.  Ryan beat Angie in round 2. About to run the final with Ryan against Jack E. Jr. Ryan cut a .007 light and ran 11.403 on an 11.40 dial.  That also sets yet another record. |

After the new Rookie leader bought me dinner with her winnings I took the carb apart and blew all the passages with carb cleaner. That’s about the extent of my efforts. We will see you in the morning! |
