My cousin is a fuel hauler owner/operator. Fuel got up over $5.25 in some of the regions he goes to. He almost gave his truck back to the finance company.

Well. Rhonda and I are out. Gasoline is at $4.09 here in Crescent City, Ca. We just cant justify spending that type of money for the trip... With another month left before MATS...We don't expect for the gas stations to give us any breaks on costs...

Unless things change for the good in the very near future.... I can hope, but, not depending on it!

I suppose I could go north 25 miles and fill up a truckload of 5 Gallon gas cans in the back of my 1994 GMC Ext Cab K1500...AND SAVE 60 CENTS A GALLON!!!!!!

Since my truck gets about 12-14 towing on average....or.... maybe I could borrow my friends 2006 Dodge Mega Cab 5.9 Turbo Diesel 3500... we did a 220 mile trip yesterday of a lot of turns hills...etc...lot of variables... None the less...we averaged 22 miles a gallon....( I want that truck )
