I've never done this, but I have heard that you can rent a car and race it in street or sport compact. CJ  I am absolutely 100% out this year. Too much stuff going on here to get away.

We will be coming south through Klamath on the two track in Nevada. Going down I-5 adds 200 miles one way. I think Richard would be afraid to break the Pink car. Your '62 is showroom, concourse quality. It should have one of those rope things around it to keep fingerprints off, not collecting bugs on the Baker Grade! CJ |

I heard thru the grapevine..a quasi Bro and Sis in law may be going.... The only way I could possibly get this trip at this point would be to have us ride the Harley down and watch and film it... |

OK.....I will be there racing!! Just payed for the ebtry for me to race, Jess and the 2 younger boys will be in Vegas for the first time!! I just beat up the credit card getting new slicks, and Harness. We will be sleeping at the track to pull this off, but we will be there. |

Well... I was thinking about using an open trailer to haul the machine down. If people will be staying at the track... Terry, if you and Rhonda can figure a way here, you could roll with us. Avoid the weather and such. If I take my enclosed trailer down, you could have your room back. Thoughts? CJ |

Got a call from Andrew this evening! Moparty At The Strip indeed! Linda is getting all the camping gear together. We plan to stay at the track this year now, and will bring the enclosed trailer to that end. CJ |
