Andrew mowed around it again yesterday...

It's gittin' all grown up down there...

Lady next door called and wants to sell me her lot. She's having all sorts of issues with planning and zoning. :(

Buy it! More room for projects! I could build a little cabin in case Jill sends me packin'!

Okay. Last call if anyone is interested in this thing.

I'll put it on FABO, Moparts and Craigslist.

If no sale there I'll pull the shortened 8 3/4 and haul it off for scrap.

Well, I drove the truck down to the bottom of the hill this weekend to pull Turismo 225 up the hill so I could yank the 8 3/4 and haul the body off to scrap... :(

I just couldn't do it. Not yet... It isn't costing anything to sit there for now.

If I wind up selling the garage then it will have to go, but I've got plenty of other things to accomplish befor giving up on this sentimental project... :(

I should probably move the Turismo over a couple feet to get it away from the property line... It looks like the lot next to mine is starting to get cleared for something. :x

I guess they were just mowing the front section to clean it up a bit. I'll still move Turismo 225 a few feet over to get it away from the property line just in case something does happen over the next 3+ years. I'll come up with something to keep it covered while I'm gone.

Post subject:  Goats!?

So,... The other day while I was fiddlin' over at the garage, the new neighbor feller comes over & asks if he can put up a fence 'round my place & his while I'm gone... :?

He wants ta git some goats ta go with the chickens he's got...

Sez they'll do a real good job of keepin' the grass mowed...

I don't care if he puts goats there or not, but if I leave the Turismo down the hill those goats will climb all over it and dent it up real good, right?

And chew any plastic off of it.........

Uh oh!

The front and rear bumpers are both plastic... I may need to tow it back up the hill after all.

Now I can store it on the trailer since you'll have the Duster.

Turismo 225 is back up at the top of the hill again sitting right next to the garage. I even took the time to blow all of the leaves and pine needles out of it.

My church youth group (GodsRods) in McDonough, GA started a project on a 1985 Plymouth Turismo in the Spring of 2003...
Well,… 21 years later… and I’m FINALLY giving up on this one. Parts of it will live on for other adventures.

The front end will go to Lee Childers for his Horizon Lemons car.

The narrowed 8 3/4 might get me started on that HAMB Dragster project… someday…

The roll bar installation and flipped K member were done so poorly it was a loss. I’ve always known that, but really didn’t want to give up on it.

Moving on! :D

I have moved on other projects before, but this one has a lot of sentimental value.

Putting the longer Turismo nose on the boxy Horizon will be pretty Lemony.
