Grrr. Typed all the text only to be asked my log in again and have all the text erased. Drat!

Okay. Is my eyesight shot? I looked up the Quick Time Performance (QTP) web site list of products and could not find the slant six bell housing for a A833 or T5 or TKO 500/600 or T56. I used the "find" function for "slant" and "RM-7072" and found zero, zip, nada...

Apparently Mal Wood Automotive imports the QTP range of products to Australia and I need (emphasize: need) to know what bell housing I can purchase for the slant six in my race car.

I'm swapping the 904TF for a manual transmission with the engine out for now and ready to proceed with installation once I obtain the bell housing.
So, I need (!) the bellhousing to select the transmission and clutch to fabricate the steel flywheel to bolt to the crankshaft to balance the rotating mass so that I can assemble the short block and fit it all up with a custom cross member and modify the trans tunnel. No pressure here :c

Am I too late and need to fabricate a custom BH? Or is the slant six BH unit a specialty item from QTP that is made from a modular Mopar BH with a suitable transmission adapter plate? Ta

Pentastar Parts and Restorations (PP&R) have a kit of some sort for the slant six with a T5. I wonder what this kit has when compared to the QTP products?

Best to call Quicktime on the phone. I would be interested in purchasing a bellhousing from them to fit a T56 or 4L60E to a Slant...

Yep, call'em.

The only ones they've made up so far have an adapter ring to suit the factory three and four speed noses. When I got one I was told there was only one other left from the first run. No mention of the timing (or probability) of another run.

The stock number'd been pulled from the on-line catalog the next time I chanced to look. They do carry special order things not in their on-line catalog, so calling'em's the only thing to do.

it is still on the website if you open up the 'bellhousing application chart' pdf.
scroll to the very bottom, it is the last item on the document.

Post subject:  T56 & QT Bell Housing

Thanks folks for the information.
Yep, right at the bottom of the application list it shows the 3 speed and 4 speed bell housing:

I found out that Mal Wood Automotive here in Australia import the QT bell housings. Next step is to fit one up and see if a T56 will line up.
Here's hoping it can fit with some work and careful attention.

I've read that the bell housing between the slant sixes and the LA V8s are not interchangeable. This should be interesting...
