Well good luck everyone! !!! You'll have a great weekend of racing with no rain (since im not coming :roll: ) I seem to be a jinx on things like that. Looking forward to details on the action and maybe I can get things squared away and make it to kearny :lol:

Jon,

I think I would try and make a run to Advance and grab a battery hold down if you can. They do check them for sure. I don't know what they will say about your strap? It may be fine? Maybe not.

A few Of us are in town as we tried to get A TNT session in @ 75-80 But it was Closed due to "weather" But I havent seen a raindrop all day.

Oh well.

Jon,

A piece of Aluminum Bar with 2 holes drilled in it and 2 lenghths of allthread and 2 nuts will do the trick too..

Just get it to hold down the battery tight.

I am sure if you get to the track early enough wer can help you out.

See you guys in the morning. Glad everyone made it in safe & sound.

75-80 canceled their racing due to a highly unusual weather issue. It is called bright sun. We haven't seen that for quite some time.

the current owner of 75-80 is a farmer/business man, he bought the property a while back to build a retirement home/center, but when he was told about the containments in the soil and the bill to remove and clean it, the econmy took a dive and he desided to reopen using the former owners grandfather clause rights....
they shut down sunday racing because they had racers but not spectators..
times have changed
