Post subject:  Building an engine

Ive been wantin to build a stout drag/sometimes streetable /6, ive read that the better blocks are the 70's i think because they had forged cranks and rods. Does anyone have tips for other parts, i have a 82 slant, from what ive alsow read has the better head from all the years. thanks for the help, i will be running a cam from clifford, and still deciding on an intake, most likely will have my friend fabricate headers. he does custom turbo fabrication from hondas to the new dodge hemi's. Maybe ill turbo the engine but i have no idea as to how much boost the slant can hold, if its possible i would be getting headstuds and what not. thanks again for your help!

First, go to the articles section and read the relevant articles. Then do a search thru the forum on topics related to your areas in question. Then, if anything you need info on hasn't been covered (doubtful) then the forum is here.
