Looking for a complete supersix - meaning, manifold, carb, kickdown linkage, air cleaner is not so important.

I posted parts wanted ad on another site, but all i'm getting is guys with partial setups or just one piece....

What should I pay for a complete setup ?

for just carb ?

for just manifold ?

for just kickdown ?

Thanks

I just paid $125 on ebay for the full set up, intake, carter BBD 2 barrel, linkages, mounting brackets, air cleaner, choke parts, and what not. I read the article about super sixes and the author said this figure would be in the ballpark of what you might expect to pay. Now, I also really wanted to get a complete set up and I talked witht he seller a lot to verify it had everything I was looking for, so I probably paid more for it than I had to, but the convenience was worth it and I felt like I got my money's worth.

Shipping for the complete set up from Tenessee to Maine was $40 UPS Ground. It is heavy - make sure you ask for it to be packed well. Heavy loose parts in the hands of UPS' finest can cause more damage to each other than anything else...

I paid $200 for mine, but it was local, so no shipping. But i actually had bought a whole car for that. It was a '79 dodge aspen, so i got the 2bbl setup, i also grabbed the electronic distributor, radiator w/ shroud, and a bunch of other odds and ends. It was a car that was wrecked with front drivers side corner damage and it wasn't worth the money to fix it so it would pass inspection. Look around for a whole car, you can pick up some of those late 70s early 80s cars fairly cheap, and if you need other parts to finish up a project, you might be in luck.
