That's an interesting choice of intake manifold. Obviously, there are big fabricated pieces missing:
1. compressor discharge pipe
2. duct to intercooler and back?
3. plenum for all 3 throttle bodies
Looks like a commercial triple SU etc. manifold modified for the TB; each feeds a pair of cylinders. More expensive than single TB, has to be synchronized carefully, but response is supposed to improve since there's boost at the throttle disc right next to the port. Also separates vacuum from cylinders farther away, so idle mix can be set closer to stoich, reversion is limited to the paired cylinder etc.

I really hate to ask but, how much money have you and/or are you going to spend on that engine. I only ask because I am building naturally asperated slant and it is cost me a fortune.
