from the + coil to the BR to power from the key start position yellow wire at the strater relay, won't the starter still get juice from the power from the key on position at the other side of the ballast resistor.????

yes, but power always follows the path of least resistance. Why go through the resistor when it can run directly to the coil uninhibited from the yellow wire? Remember, the coil gets full battery voltage ONLY in the start position. When the key is relaxed to the run position, power stops flowing from the yellow wire and power has no choice but to run from the blue wire, through the resistor to feed your coil. Why?

The coil is actually designed to run on reduced voltage through the resistor. During cranking, when the battery voltage drops from heavy starter draw, if you bypass the resistor you will still get at least enough voltage to put a big fat spark in the chamber, or even a bit more which will only help get the car started faster especially if it is cold. Then power goes through the resistor so the coil doesnt overheat.
