Hello - Was just checking ont the pistion selection for the slant, I know that Cox Bros is a Dist. for Veniola - Est cost $100 A Piston - I know that 2.2 pistons will work but can also be hard to find - Wanted to use them in a stock block - looking for 10.5:1 Cr, and would be using the fordged crank engine.

If you are looking for 2.2l forged pistons give Forward Motion a call. They have them on the shelf or can get whatever you need in about 2 weeks.

Wow!

That's a nice car. How do you like that cam?

PAW (Performance Automotive Warehouse) has a 560 page catalog of just mopar engine and performance parts.

On pages 10 and 11 are forged piston and piston/crank/rod kits for /6's.

The piston kit comes with bearings and rings, and the pistons can be custom made - the cost is $707.

The crank kit comes with rods/bearings/crank/rings and the cost is $937.

Given that the stock rods and crank are already forged, probably not a big money saver to buy the whole crank kit - but the piston kit seems like an OK deal.

They can be reached at 818.678.3000.

Thanks, I'll have to order their catalog;

I never thought that paw would have any skant parts.

I like the cam - I had a stuffy head and the small valves on the car last year - I am gettiing it professionally ported polished and bigger Valves -
Fastest time last year - 17.2

Hope to go faster this season
