what is the best intake/exhaust gasket for use with an aluminum intake and headers....what about dead soft copper or aluminum? would the intake manifold seal with a custom gasket from either of these previously mentioned materials?many thanx in advance...

I like & use Mr. Gasket PN 320G. Nice, thick gasket that rids you of the headache of trying to get the headers to seal properly to the head.

Here it is on Summit. They list it at a little under $16.

I simply order mine through my local NAPA. After shipping (to Alaska mind you) I get them for about $20.

Never had a problem with the Fel pro gaskets, I have the Offy 4bbl intake and the Clifford duals, zero leaks.

put one of there gaskets on in 2002 ran all year took it off that engine put on my racing engine and have took the intake/exhust off three times and there good to go. Extra thick about a 1/4 thick and that dog will hunt. Not that pricey.
When it works doint screw it up. Thanks Ron Parker
