hey, I was wondering would a front bumper and the fender from a 74 valiant work on a 73' scamp??!?!?

Pretty much your swaps are:

frontend 73-76 (grille change in 75/76)
Rear bumper 73 only.
Rear sheetmetal and tailights 73-76
