Now that Proline Fuel is closed, where can I find a Offenhauser dual 1 barrel intake?

Howell Automotive stocks them. They are currently backordered and the Howell guy is a little confused, saying that the linkage kit has been discontinued and will no longer be included once he gets replenishment stock. This is not correct; I spoke to Offenhauser (to the actual, real Mr. Offenhauser; apparently it's still a family-owned small business) and he says there'll be more manifolds in the pipeline soon and the linkage kit still comes with them.

Thanks for all the leads. I guess I am getting too "web dependent" --- couldn't find any vendors with search engines or on line catalogs. I have a well warmed over 225 (10:1 compression, decent street cam, ported head). Will be going in a 65 Valiant wagon, backed by an OD 833. I think the dual one barrel manifolds just look neat. Anyone have any comment on the utility and performance of this design? I was just thinking of using two BBS carbs.

I got more low end, right off. Not yet sure about the mid and upper end range, though. I put it on a tired motor (which is now getting rebuilt).

I'll know the whole story when the motor's done...

I put the manifold in myself, it wasn't super hard, considering that I also installed headers at that time.

I think it's a nice looking alternative to the normal 4 barrel set up...

63Dart, as I've said before, that's a terrific-looking setup in your car. And, one nice thing about using BBSs is that you can synchronize the chokes on both carbs by making a new extra-long choke shaft out of a 225 pushrod. Then just make a new choke pushrod out of ⅛" brass rod stock, maybe dial in a tetch more spring tension on the choke stove and off you go. This trick is harder to do on the Holleys.
