I want to turn my carb (Edelbrock 500) 90* counter-clockwise, so that the primaries are parallel to the engine. I have an Offy intake.
Is there an adapter I can buy for this? I know I could make one, but I don't have time. I also wonder if I could get some heat in it while I'm at it (from the coolant), since I have headers. I'm not overly concerned about the heat 'cause I'm in NoCal.
I have seen many adapters for Q-jets and any 4bbl to any manifold (Mr. Gasket, etc.), but I don't know if these will help me TURN the carb.
I looked for Frank Raso inc., 'cause I heard he had some sort of heat/adapter plate, but I found nothing.
