I have a 66 Barracuda that was origanaly a 273 car. I want to put a 225 out of my 69 dart. Do I have to change out the K memeber?

No, the K-frame is the same for LA and G/RG engines from '64-'66. Aside from the RG engine you already have, you need the appropriate engine mounts (not the same as your '69, but the '69 mounts can often be shimmed to work), and the RG-engine transmission.
