:? Is an early 170 block worth keeping? I understand that if you install a 225 crank and rods, you can get a high compression combination since the 170 block is shorter than the 225. Just curious. Thanks. RICK

Can't do it with 225 parts, but you can use 198 crank and 170 rods and non-Slant pistons with some block clearancing.
