More than likely, the main(primary) circuit is not getting fuel...clogged jet, super low float level, air leak somewhere in the circuit which kills the signal that pulls fuel to the venturi...its hard to say from the minimal description given.

It could be a number of things...

You probably have a puny #50 something jet in the reman. carb. Swap it out for at least a #60 and see if that dosn't help. Make sure the accelorator pump arm is in the middle hole of the linkage (located on the rear of the carb). Also, do as gearhead says and check the float level.

I just repaired my choke, but tell me if I´m wrong, the choke closes air acces to make engine heats faster in cold days, and opens acces when engine is warm right?

If that is right I just assabled wrong my choke.

The choke is not a cold weather feature, it's a cold engine feature.

A cold motor, even if it's a hot day, requires a richer fuel mixture to start. After starting, the 'vacuum choke pull off' opens the choke partially to allow airflow, but maintain a rich flow of fuel. The choke is also linkaged to the idle step up cam, so the cold motor will also idle faster to avoid stalling.

On a hot day, the thermostatic choke should open within just a few minutes of driving, and allow the idle step up cam to go back to normal. It's taken me a couple of years of fiddling and adjusting to understand and then get everything adjusted.

Every time I have adjusted one part, the rest need re-adjusted. It is a constant battle. Now I know why they invented electronic fuel injection.

Ok, ok sorry, bad writting (I was sleppy and almost drunk) but the result is the same, I can´t get my choke working and more since the bolt that keeps resistor in place had broken.
