just got my new lokar cable for my tranny kickdown. question-can it be set up to "push" kickdown lever on trans, or is it strictly a "pull" cable setup? i know alot of you guys are using this on your slants...thnx, steve

Pull, I can't see how it would be stiff enough to push the lever on the trans...

It can only pull. It's sort of like a second throttle cable - in fact, mine is attached to the gas pedal like it's another throttle.
