ok first off...what does installing dual 1bbl carbs with the offy intake entail (putting aside whatever trouble it might be). what are the performance affects? and would it be more worthwhile to just go with the offy 4bbl intake and lets say a holley 390. performance comparison? just being curious -josh |

Depends on what year and model you're working with. It's a lot easier on the '60-'66 cars with the rotating-rod throttle linkage, because the manifold ships with a linkage kit that contains some of the pieces needed to modify this setup to operate the dual 1bbls.
