What is the best/correct PCV valve for stock 1967 six with super six set up??

the one I have seems to suck way too much air and rattels like crazy

This just seems to act like one big vacume leak and the car runns really ruff at idel.

Should I restrick the one I have?

Get a better one

Or get rid of it all together and just vent off the crank gasses?

answers please

Is it a 170 or a 225?

Well, they generally shouldn't rattle loudly. If yours does, it probably needs replacement.

No.

That would be a very poor idea.
