Lots of shops can re-hose A/C lines. Check your local yellow pages.

Is it possible you overcharged the system?

Try for "barrier hose". If you can't find a shop that'll rehose your lines, post back and we'll get you some recommendations for where you can send your hoses to be reworked.

Here in Texas, it's easy to find shops that make new hoses. However, not all of them stock the fittings you might need. My local NAPA store has the hose and will do the crimping, but the number of fittings they have on hand is limited. We are lucky to have an AC supplier and compressor rebuilder in town and they have a good supply of fittings.

The fittings needed for most of the factory A/C systems in our cars are long since NLA.

If you need to send the hose out, to get it done, you can send it to me. I have the equipment to repair/rehose, and build new hoses.
