Hi guys ! im new here ! i bought a 65 canadian plymouth valiant v200 custom ( 270 dart rebadged valiant ) ... 2 months ago it as is original paint and 80k original miles on it ... its in quebec ... its not far from were i live maybe 2 hours of road ... im from montreal ... i felt in love with this car even if its a 4 door ! i think its the best sleeper alive ! its crazy what you can do with these cars i want to do something with this slant six engine .. its a 170 cubic inch ... here some pics ! ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() I WOULD NEED A LOT OF HELP FROM YOU GUYS ! cause here theres nobody who knows what is this kind of car ! btw do you know the bolt pattern on this car ? |

If they're 13" tires, the bolt pattern is 5 x 4" or the small bolt pattern (SBP) |

thx a lot ! do you know how much canadian valiant v 200 custom chrysler canada builted in 1965 ??? and is it easy to put a 2bbl carb on my s6 intake ... i wanted to port the intake and the head ,,, i want to put a little more hp and a better breating for the car .. cause it doesnt have ennuf fuel ram to fire it up ! ![]() thx guys ! |

That is a nice car, I always like the Canadian versions. The 170 is a good motor, if you just want to have some more fun, it's easy to add a 2bbl "super six" set up (do a search on this site and you'll get a lot of information), and a 2 1/4" or 2" exhaust for better flow. You will need to change your gas pedal over to a later model "cable" style (mine is from a 70's Dodge van). If you want more power from the motor after this, I would find a 225 and rebuild it from the ground up with a good cam and some head work. |
